Escort Monitoring Systems, BSJ Technology and Pilot Telematics held a practical workshop in Jakarta, Indonesia, bringing together system integrators interested in building complete solutions for fuel, fleet and equipment monitoring.
Hosted by Edbow Teknik, the workshop focused on how sensors, GPS tracking hardware and fleet management software can work together to solve real operational challenges.
From fuel monitoring to fleet intelligence
The workshop began with a practical overview of Escort Monitoring Systems solutions. Participants discussed how to select sensors for different applications, as well as key principles of installation, calibration, configuration and diagnostics.
BSJ Technology presented its GPS tracking hardware and demonstrated how trackers integrate with external sensors to collect operational data for fleet and equipment monitoring.
Pilot Telematics then showed how this data can be transformed into practical fleet intelligence through dashboards, alerts and reports. The session covered applications such as critical infrastructure, diesel generator monitoring, concrete delivery and retail operations.
The joint session brought all three technologies together into a complete telematics ecosystem. The speakers demonstrated scenarios for fuel monitoring and abnormal consumption detection, diesel generator monitoring, transport and delivery operations, equipment tracking, and temperature-sensitive cargo monitoring.
Hands-on installation and integration
A major part of the workshop was dedicated to hands-on technical training.
Participants worked with the equipment and went through the complete integration process – from sensor installation and connection to calibration and configuration. They also practiced connecting sensors to GPS trackers, mapping data in Pilot Telematics, monitoring it live and generating reports.
The practical session was followed by a live demonstration of the complete solution in action, showing the full data flow from sensors and GPS tracking hardware to dashboards, alerts and reports in the telematics platform.
The workshop concluded with a Q&A session and a discussion with experts from Escort Monitoring Systems, BSJ Technology and Pilot Telematics about technical challenges, future cooperation and opportunities for integrators to expand their telematics solutions portfolio.
We would like to thank Edbow Teknik for hosting the workshop, BSJ Technology and Pilot Telematics for sharing their expertise, and everyone who joined us in Jakarta for their active participation, questions and hands-on work throughout the day.
