Integration overview
The integration is based on direct BLE communication between the TD-BLE sensor and the MettaX MC202X dashcam. The sensor is configured via a mobile application and broadcasts fuel level data over BLE. The MettaX dashcam connects to the sensor via a BLE adapter using the RS-232 interface. Acting as a gateway, the dashcam transmits this data to the remote monitoring platform alongside video, GPS, and event data. This architecture ensures synchronized access to fuel metrics and video insights within a single interface, without requiring any wired connection between devices.
In addition to the MC202X, this BLE‑based integration is also fully supported by the MettaX MC401X 4‑channel AI Dashcam and the MC904 4‑channel AI MDVR, enabling the same wireless fuel‑monitoring workflow across multi‑camera and MDVR‑based deployments.
