How to Install Escort Fuel Level Sensors

Escort TD-600 is a professional capacitive fuel level sensor designed for precise measurement of light petroleum products (diesel, petrol, kerosene, etc.) in vehicle tanks, reservoirs, and stationary storage, making it an ideal solution for advanced fuel monitoring and fleet management systems. Its high accuracy helps reduce fuel costs, prevent fuel theft, and optimize routes by providing reliable data for any telematics platform.

Escort TD-600 is equipped with a built‑in accelerometer that measures the tilt angle of the sensor, allowing the system to distinguish false fillings or drains caused by vehicle inclination from real refuels and thefts. This significantly increases the reliability of event detection and minimizes false alarms in hilly terrain, on ramps, or construction sites. Escort TD-600 supports 5 operational modes and can communicate with almost any GPS/GLONASS tracking device, making integration simple and flexible for different types of fleets.

The TD-600 features high ingress protection up to IP69S and galvanic isolation along the entire casing for safe and stable operation. All materials and components are protected by a robust housing and are proven to withstand extreme temperature ranges from -60 to +85 °C, ensuring stable performance in harsh climates. The sensor complies with strict quality and safety standards within the relevant certification systems, making it suitable for transport, construction, agriculture, mining, and fuel logistics projects.
